DART Local Monthly Pass, DART System Monthly Pass and DART Regional Monthly Pass are valid from 12 a.m. on the first day of the month shown on the pass and until 3:00 a.m. on the first day of the following month (i.e. Jan 1st 12 a.m. to Feb 1st 3:00 a.m.).

Citation Payment Notice

Effective October 3, 2011, the Administrative Fee for Fare Evasion citation offenses will be reduced to $50.00. Also effective October 3, 2011, is the ability to pay a $50.00 Administrative Fee for HOV citation violations, Single Occupant or Crossing a Double White Line. Remember you only have 30 days from the offense date to dispose of your citation with an administration resolution. For more information click here.
