DART Local Monthly Pass

1. Pass is valid for unlimited rides on DART Local service bus routes and DART Light Rail during the calendar month shown. Pass is not valid on TRE and Paratransit services.

2. Pass must be swiped upon boarding a bus and must be surrendered to operator or fare inspector upon request.

3. Passes that are defaced or mutilated are subject to confiscation.

4. DART assumes no liability for lost passes. Pass is nontransferable and nonrefundable.

5. Pass remains the property of DART.

6. Subject to the DART Code of Conduct.
